Our receptionists are there to help you. They may ask the nature of your problem so that we can assist you in the most appropriate way. Like all members of the practice they will treat all information with the strictest confidentiality.

The work of a doctor’s receptionist is exceptionally important as they are often the first person you speak to about your problem.  They have a very difficult role, trying to encourage patients to give them information they require, whilst maintaining and working within the practice rules.
